MacKay (Minister of National Defence and Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency) as the senior political advisor in the Minister’s Regional Office, acted as the primary point of contact for Islanders seeking the assistance of the Minister Responsible for Prince Edward Island. 

Business Manager for MRSB Chartered Accountants in a multi-facetted position, provided business leadership, and advice in the areas of marketing, technology acquisition, property management, and human resources.

Executive Director of the Progressive Conservative Association of Prince Edward Island and reported directly to the Party Leader and Party Executive; worked to enhance the growth and development of this provincial political organization. 

Supervisor - Processing, Packaging and Shipping at Cavendish Farms Worked directly with all levels of the Cavendish Farms management team – known for its results oriented outlook – to enhance processing, packaging and shipping operations.
